The socks are good, but I was hit with an extra GBP16.93 bill to pay at the post office, to cover customs and handling fees. Not good.

thanks for your feedback and while we certainly understand it is frustrating, we unfortunately don't have any control on what overseas postal services charge, we have many subscribers in the UK and not one before has mentioned that they have been charged this fee prior. I would suggest you speak to your post office for them to investigate the charge. As a company that prides itself on customer service it is rather upsetting that we get 3 stars as feedback for something we clearly have no control over. Thanks GetSocked team
