Refund Policy

GetSocked cannot give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind (Buyers Remorse) about a product you have purchased once you receive it from us.

In the case of faulty goods, the full product purchase price will be refunded if a return has been requested within 14 days of delivery. We kindly ask that any return requests are made via email to support@getsocked.com.au with a photo showing the defect. 

Delivery Policy
GetSocked will deliver goods within indicated time frames once the email requesting the order has been received.

We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated delivery time however, due to circumstances outside of our control, your order may be delayed. GetSocked cannot guarantee delivery time frames as we are reliant on Australia Post for delivery.
