Subscriptions

Your subscription socks will be sent out on the 7th of each month after the direct debit has taken place. For example, if you were to subscribe on the 18th of January, your 1st pair will be shipped on the 7th of February. Or, if you subscribe on the 1st of February, your 1st pair will be sent on the 7th of February, and so on.

The socks are sent from Melbourne and typically takes 2-10 days for them to arrive.

Subscription socks are sent as "Letter" with Australia Post which unfortunately means that Australia Post does not offer tracking. If your socks have not arrived after at least 10 business days then please email info@getsocked.com.au.

Shop Orders

If you order our socks from our store that are NOT subscriptions, the socks are generally sent the next business day via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping (2-10 Business Days) is FREE on all orders over $35 Australian-wide.

*Please note Australia Post and processing times may be delayed during the Christmas period and any sale periods. Please allow extra time to receive your order during these times.
