As a small family owned business we rely on Australia Post to deliver our customer orders on a timely manner and unfortunately as the parcel is in transit, this is currently out of our hands and there's not much more we can advise. As you've already done the right thing by lodging a request for an investigation with AusPost, all we can do is wait for AusPost to investigate and advise.
Under normal ETAs the socks should have definitely arrived by now and the delays you are experiencing are unsatisfactory, however Australia Post is currently experiencing heavy delays due to a great increase on the number of mail/parcels they are currently processing & changes to their processes due to COVID19 requirements enforced by the Health Department.

Remarkably, the package arrived today.
So my real feedback is, the product is great and my husband loves them and he is looking forward to seeing what comes next - he’s an artist and is really into geometric designs so the spotted socks that arrived today are perfect.
